SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate fee of $10 for shipping orders. FREE shipping is applicable on orders over $100.

Where do you ship to?
Anywhere within Australia. We ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and businesses.
 

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We’ve got a big team that work at a furious pace. Same day dispatch happens with orders placed before 2pm or if you miss the cut off, the following day for sure! (unless placed over the weekend in which it is processed Monday).

What if I order during a sale period? 
Sale periods can be our busiest time! Your order may not get dispatch straight away but usually between 1-3 business days. We know you're super eager to get your products, but we'd appreciate patience during sale periods as it is crazyyy busyyy! We ask you to please be a legend and be patient during busy sale periods :)

How long does delivery take then? 
We estimate delivery to be 1-3 business days in metro areas, 1-5 business days in other areas.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Email us straight away to confirm if it is available for change. We will do what we can.

My order hasn’t arrived?
Reach out to us via email and we will help track it down as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay, American Express (not on our Smart Store), Visa, Mastercard.

How can I track my order?
You’ll be sent tracking details via email with instructions on how to track. If you haven’t received your tracking details just hit us up.

I entered the wrong email address, how do I fix this?
What were you thinking? Send us an email! We will update your account from our systems immediately.

My order arrived and it’s damaged. What do I do?
Damn it! Let us know immediately and we’ll organise a replacement. This happens very rarely though.

 

RETURNS & REFUND

What is your returns policy?
30 Day Guarantee! We will happily exchange a product or offer a refund if the product is returned within 30 days, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Just email us and we will take you through the steps.

I changed my mind, will I get a refund?
If you return the item to us in an unopened, re-saleable condition, we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund within 30days of purchase.

I don’t like the taste of my product. Can I have a refund?
While we want you to be 100% satisfied with your product, we cannot refund or exchange for a simply not liking the flavour.
