RETURNS & REFUNDS

Fit Nutrition will immediately replace or refund any broken, damaged, or incorrect items. Our policy lasts 30 days and we’ll make sure we deal with any issues straight away!

To make a claim we request that you follow these steps: 

Step 1. Send an email to hello@fitnutrition.com.au

Step 2. Provide the following details within the email:
    • Your name and invoice number.
    • Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
    • Clear pictures of any damage or incorrect items 
Step 3. To be eligible for a return, we may request that your unused item/s be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Cost of the return may be free of charge depending on the level of damage. When returning an item, we highly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking details to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologise, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process. 

Step 4. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Step 5. Once received, Fit Nutrition will then organise to resend a brand new item/s or the correct item, depending on what the initial problem was. 


Step 6. If you decide that you do not want your items resent, we are happy to refund your purchase. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we want all customers to be satisfied with their orders, however if you simply don't like the taste of something, give it to a friend who will, as we cannot refund for this reason.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you decide to return a purchase in unopened and re-saleable condition within 28 days, we are happy to offer you a product exchange or refund.

Should you experience an adverse reaction to a product, we understand that it might not align with your expectations.

At FIT NUTRITION, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to finding a resolution that works for you.

To process any returns, please ensure you have your FIT NUTRITION receipt (or proof of purchase). Please note that if required, shipping and return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
